2027 Quilt Show
Quilt show update: We held our first meeting for the 2027 Quilt Show on Thursday April 16 before our guild meeting. New volunteers were introduced to the group of faithful.
New members include:
Cindy Clark who will work with Gretchen on publicity.
Lou Moore who will take over Quilt Entry.
Vicky Anda who will shadow Jane Smith in her role as show set up/ take down chair.
Karen Clouse is the. new financial chair
Jeanne Hurst is awards Chair. She is replacing Katie Templeton who served many shows as awards chair.
Thank you to all new and retiring members.
We are still looking for two more volunteers to chair, co-chair two committees for Quilt show 2027. If interested you can contact Cindy or sign up on signup genius.
1. Opportunity Quilt chair would with the help of additional guild volunteers; plan and manage opportunity quilt creation, ticket sales and drawing.
2. Vendors chair: would plan and manage all aspects of vendor participation

Our 2025 Quilt Show was a huge success
Our next bi-annual quilt show will happen in March 2027
Planning is under way for the 2027 Green Valley Quilt Guild show. Once open committee chair positions are identified we will post the open positions with a brief description of the duties in sign up genius. Please watch for a sign-up alert. We would love for you to join our group.
