An Hour with Judy Demystifying Color and Cutting for scrap quilting.
Members- Free,  Non-members $5
This lecture takes the audience through the quick cutting techniques for scrap quilting that are
used repeatedly throughout her books. Judy will talk about a variety of layouts for these simple
and quick cutting techniques and why you will be using even your most misfit scraps. Then,
she will talk about the organized way of using the color wheel to decide how to choose colors
for scrap quilts. Come be inspired!
Judy Gauthier is the owner of Bungalow Quilting and has been sewing her entire life. She
learned to sew from her mother and numerous 4-H leaders. She has been on the faculty of

Challenges
2026 UFO Challenge is officially underway!  By popular demand, the UFO Challenge will once again take place for 2026. Janell Duncan is the new chairperson.
WELCOME UFO’ers....so far we have 16 people who have signed up for the challenge. All you need is up to 12 unfinished projects and $5 to start. Each month a project number will be pulled. This is your incentive to get that project done by the next guild meeting. Before the meeting, show me the finished project and you will get signed off and given a ticket that will go into the pot for the end-of-the-year drawing. The more finished projects, the more tickets you have in for the drawing...you could be the winner of the 50/50 pot! The more people that sign up, the bigger the pot.
This year you will be allowed to have 3 quilt tops (not quilted but donated) that will earn tickets for the drawing,

Congrats to Karen Mund...last year’s winner!
