Valley Quilters Guild Policy/Procedure for Newsletter Ads 

A monthly newsletter is published by The Valley Quilters Guild. The newsletter is delivered to
current members the first of each month via email then archived to our website.
Valley Quilt Guild members may place business card or quarter page size ad in the monthly newsletter to advertise sewing related items or services at no cost.
The ad will run for one month. To have an ad published contact the Newsletter Editor by the 25th
of the month for an ad to appear in the next months newsletter. The ad needs to be formatted
to publish. Please do not send a PDF file.

For non-quilt guild members the cost of advertising will be:
  • Business Card 3.5” x 2” (horizontal or vertical) $5.00 per issue
  • !/4 page 4.25”wide x 5.5” high $10.00 per issue
  • ½ page 4.25’ wide x 11” high $15.00 per issue

Once payment is received the treasurer will notify the publisher to run the ad.
