​Dear members,
It is officially Spring with warmer weather and the migration of winter visitors and snowbirds returning to their Summer homes. It is also the end of Valley Quilt Guild's fiscal year. That means it's time to renew your membership. Our fiscal year runs May 1-April 31 each year. Our dues are $30 a year.
 
By renewing, you will always receive our newsletter each month no matter where you are. I hope all of you will take a few minutes to renew if you are a full time or part time resident. Our newsletter is full of great information that you won't want to miss. The new website password will be included in the email for the April 1 Quilting Threads newsletter.
 
You can renew by mail or in person at our monthly meeting with a check or cash. You can also renew using your credit or debit card in person or online by going to our website. There will be a $2 fee added for all online credit and debit card purchases after May 1.

  • Renewing members-  You don't need to use a signup form if your info is correct in the guild roster.  ​Just pay your dues.  You can renew now for this membership year which ends April 30th.. 

Step 2:  Choose a method and pay.  
  • Pay via Square on the Pay Online  page. The cost to pay via Square is $32  which includes $2 to cover the cost Square charges us. 
OR
  • Pay at a meeting or event via cash, check, or Square card reader.
OR
  • Mail your check made out to: Valley Quilters to the address (in the footer below. Make sure to include your name and phone number.

Step 3:  Enjoy your membership! 
​Renewing members will receive an email with the 2024/2025 site password on May 1.  New members will receive an receive an email with the current site password to the Members' Only pages of the website and you'll be added to the list for e-blasts and the monthly newsletter and the new password on May 1.   Look at the Welcome  page and save the dates on your calendar. You can sign up for programs at the Member rate, and start participating in bees, events, and fun. 

If you're a brand-new member, you can be paired with a Sister Quilter for your first few months. Once you have the password, you can download the  Welcome New Members document from the Library page for a handy summary of our activities.

Depending upon your preferences, skills, and interests, there are many wonderful ways to be involved. Welcome!  We're glad you're here.
