Step 1:             Or, you can download this pdf,  print it, fill it out and bring it to a meeting. 
  • Renewing members-  You don't need to use a signup form if your info is correct in the guild roster.  ​Just pay your dues.  You can renew now for this membership year which ends April 30th.. 

Step 2:  Choose a method and pay.  
  • Pay via Square on the Pay Online  page. The cost to pay via Square is $32  which includes $2 to cover the cost Square charges us. 
OR
  • Pay at a meeting or event via cash, check, or Square card reader.
OR
  • Mail your check made out to: Valley Quilters to the address (in the footer below. Make sure to include your name and phone number.

Step 3:  Enjoy your membership! 
​Renewing members will receive an email with the 2024/2025 site password on May 1.  New members will receive an receive an email with the current site password to the Members' Only pages of the website and you'll be added to the list for e-blasts and the monthly newsletter and the new password on May 1.   Look at the Welcome  page and save the dates on your calendar. You can sign up for programs at the Member rate, and start participating in bees, events, and fun. 

If you're a brand-new member, you can be paired with a Sister Quilter for your first few months. Once you have the password, you can download the  Welcome New Members document from the Library page for a handy summary of our activities.

Depending upon your preferences, skills, and interests, there are many wonderful ways to be involved. Welcome!  We're glad you're here.

Our website contains general information for visitors, and displays current events on the home page. Other visitor pages include: Contact Us,  Get Involved,  Programs,  Green Valley Quilt Show and  Pay Online
      
Member Only Pages
Board information, events, and member directories are restricted to current members. These pages are password protected using the site password. Please do not disclose personal member information outside of the guild.

Problems using the Site Password?
  • When you click on one of the password protected menus, you'll see the black box that says: This area is password protected.  This is where you enter our site password. and then press the Login button.
  • If you are a member who is not aware of the site password send an email to webmaster.gvqg@gmail.com stating your name and requesting the password to be emailed to you. 
  • Do not use the login at the upper right.  That's the login area for the webmasters.
